Fabio Silva begged Rangers supporters to “shut up” when they were celebrating, and they all said the same thing.

The victory over Kilmarnock today may have pleased Rangers supporters, but they don’t seem to be as fond of Fabio Silva’s goal celebration.

After it appeared that the Gers would find it difficult to overcome their opponents’ ten-man defense, the on-loan forward scored the game’s first goal. This allowed teammates Ben Davies, Tom Lawrence, and John Souttar to make it four goals.

After celebrating his finish, Silva gestured “talking” to the home crowd and then pointed to his back’s name and number. The celebrations appeared to be a reaction to the criticism that the £35 million player has since hidden since joining on loan from Wolves. However, it did not impress supporters in the slightest.

One remarked, “Take it down, pack his bag, send him back now,” in response to a post from Rangers that featured a picture of Silva. His celebration to the fans was shocking because nobody is bigger than the club. Spending that money had to be killing the wolves.”

“So Fabio Silva’s decided to take a stab at his own fan base as his celebration,” another person said. Tonight, get his loan cancelled.”

“There’s no question about it,” said another. Silva urged the supporters to stop celebrating. Not even a blow torch could mark his neck. If he doesn’t significantly improve, this will come back to haunt him.”

“That Silva celebration is really something,” a fan wrote on social media. A truly terrible player. It’s really crazy that someone spent £35 million for him.”

A fifth said, “Silva celebration sort of sums up this squad tbh Seems to be all about personal achievements rather than team achievements.”
