Sean Dyche once doubted him at Everton — now Barcelona want him for £43m.

Everton are in urgent need of attacking reinforcements this summer, despite an improved run under David Moyes. Their recent struggles were clear in a loss to Manchester City, where they failed to pose any real attacking threat.

Armando Broja has been given a chance to lead the line in recent matches, but the Albanian striker hasn’t made the desired impact. With his loan from Chelsea ending soon, Everton are prioritising a new striker and may now regret letting one go.

Former Everton forward Moise Kean is drawing serious interest from Barcelona. The Fiorentina striker has a €50m (£43m) release clause and is also on the radar of Arsenal and Newcastle United. Kean’s form this season has been impressive, with 23 goals and 3 assists in 39 appearances.

Sean Dyche approved Kean’s exit in 2023 after a return from Juventus, but the Italian has since proven his doubters wrong, even earning recognition with the national team. With Beto’s form dipping since February, Moyes would surely welcome a striker of Kean’s calibre back at Goodison Park.
