Everton are eyeing Brighton striker Evan Ferguson as a potential replacement for Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who is expected to leave this summer, according to TEAMtalk.
The Toffees had shown interest in Ferguson during the January window but were unable to make a move due to financial constraints and filled loan slots. With Calvert-Lewin’s contract expiring and Armando Broja returning to Chelsea, Everton could now reignite their pursuit.
Ferguson, currently on loan at West Ham, is unlikely to stay there permanently as his deal has no option to buy. Brighton are open to selling him for around £45 million, and Everton are seen as frontrunners, though Leeds United are also monitoring the situation.
Alongside Ferguson, Everton are reportedly considering a move for former striker Richarlison, with several names on their summer shortlist.
Ferguson has made six appearances for Brighton this season, starting once and logging 137 minutes without a goal or assist.
