Qatar Airways eyes stadium naming rights as Everton unveils Bramley-Moore Dock plans.

Everton are set to leave Goodison Park in a few months.

The Friedkin Group is set to lead Everton into Bramley-Moore Dock this summer, marking what they hope will be a transformative moment for the club.

It has been a challenging season for the Toffees, but a managerial change has brought a much-needed positive shift.

David Moyes has expressed his preference for Everton to remain at Goodison Park, yet the benefits of moving to a modern, state-of-the-art stadium are undeniable.

Everton recently held their second test event at Bramley-Moore, though some work remains before the venue is fully ready. Meanwhile, club executives are actively pursuing a lucrative naming rights deal, with several potential sponsors in the mix.

Qatar Airways Linked to Everton Stadium Naming Rights

Everton is targeting a significant PSR boost by securing a high-profile naming rights agreement, which would provide more financial flexibility in the transfer market to strengthen Moyes’ squad.

According to *The Athletic*, club sources have yet to confirm any links to Qatar Airways, despite ongoing speculation.

“I’ve heard the same rumors as you, Mike [fan], but it’s not something I’ve had confirmed by contacts yet (hence we’ve not written it),” they stated.

“For clarity, we need multiple independent sources telling us the same thing, so it’s better to be cautious. We’ll only run something if we know it’s happening.

“The club aims to secure a naming rights partner before the new season but is willing to wait longer for the right sponsor. Tottenham Hotspur and others have struggled in this area.”

Bramley-Moore Dock is expected to generate a significant revenue boost for Everton, with improved facilities and higher matchday earnings. However, securing a stadium naming rights deal could be the true game-changer.

APT Changes Could Give Everton a Major Edge

Manchester City is currently disputing APT regulations on owner-related sponsorships. If the Premier League eases its stance, the Friedkin Group could tap into sponsorship deals tied to their business network.

This shift could unlock new financial opportunities for Everton, compensating for lost revenue in recent years. However, as seen with Burnley’s legal action over compensation, proving such claims in court could be difficult.

For now, the Friedkins remain focused on the future, and landing a major naming rights deal would be the ideal way to kick off the new era at Bramley-Moore Dock.
