Ipswich Town’s home clash with Wolves is set as the 2024/25 Foundation Fixture!
Ipswich Town will host Wolves at Portman Road on Saturday, April 5th, with kick-off at 3pm.
The Foundation Fixture returns following the success of the past two seasons, which raised over £85,000 to support the Foundation’s community work.
On matchday, fans can expect a strong Foundation presence in the FanZone and stadium bowl, with halftime activations featuring Foundation participants. The Fly the Flag, Matchday Experience, and Coach Arrival will also be led by Foundation members.
Supporters are encouraged to donate, with Foundation staff collecting cash and contactless donations around Portman Road. Online donations can be made via the Foundation’s Crowdfunder page. Additionally, the club will donate £1 from every home match ticket, matchday programme, and pint sold.
Matchday Lottery tickets will be available at the usual locations, including the Sir Alf Ramsey Stand, Cobbold Stand turnstiles, FanZone, and hospitality areas.
“We’re delighted to announce the Wolves game as our dedicated Foundation Fixture,” said Dan Palfrey, Director of the Foundation.
“With the club in the Premier League, more eyes than ever are on the game, giving us a huge opportunity to showcase our impact on Ipswich and Suffolk. The generosity shown in previous Foundation Fixtures has helped us reach more people and create real, positive change.”
The Foundation engages around 9,000 young people and vulnerable adults across 29 programs. The Foundation Fixture plays a key role in raising awareness and highlighting its vital support.
