Brighton target Boca Juniors starlet – Seagulls plotting summer move.

In recent years, Brighton & Hove Albion have actively recruited young talent from South America to strengthen their squad.

The Premier League club is continuing that approach and has now set its sights on Boca Juniors’ Milton Delgado, according to Boca Noticias.

The 19-year-old defensive midfielder came through Boca’s youth system and was promoted to the first team in March 2024. He made 17 appearances last year and has featured four times this season. His game time has been limited due to his involvement with Argentina at the 2025 South American U20 Championship. However, since returning, he has become a key player under Boca manager Fernando Gago.

Brighton have been monitoring Delgado closely, with reports suggesting they could be eyeing him for a potential summer move.

It remains unclear if the Seagulls will make a formal approach. Delgado is under contract until December 2028, and Boca Juniors are reportedly keen on extending his deal.
