The victory moved Stoke six points clear of the relegation zone in the Championship and just two points behind Swansea, with a game in hand. Goals from Wouter Burger, Bae Junho, and Lewis Baker overturned Josh Tymon’s opener.
Robins acknowledged that the team’s progress is ongoing but found encouragement in their performance. He praised their growing confidence and the smiles on their faces post-match. “They’re trying to shoot more, but we need to be quicker and slicker in the final third. It’ll come, but it takes time,” he said. He also highlighted improvements in set-piece deliveries and applying pressure on opponents.
