West Ham United has added Nurnberg’s teenage defender Finn Jeltsch to their list of targets after becoming “fully informed” about the costs involved in signing him.
Jeltsch’s performances at Nurnberg have garnered attention despite the 2. Bundesliga team’s dismal start to the season. He has played in 15 of his team’s 17 league games and is drawing interest from both England and the German top division.
Actually, there are other top-tier English clubs keeping an eye on Jeltsch’s position besides the Hammers. German network Sky Deutschland claims that West Ham, led by new manager Graham Potter, is keeping a careful eye on the situation.
They are “fully informed” of the numbers and arrangements required to transport him to the London Stadium. West Ham has added the center-back to their list and is expected to make a play for him this summer.
