Wolves’ schedule until Christmas is quite good, and it will determine where they end up in the standings this year.
After a difficult season debut, it will have been a much-needed respite for them. Results have been incredibly challenging, and points have been hard to come by.
They will have moved on and been in a new environment without the presence of the foreign lads.
I used to assume that when things at Wolves were bad, it helped me personally. I would spend ten days traveling with Wales and return rejuvenated, eager to take on the challenge once more.
So hopefully that is the same for the lads who have been away and it have been
away and it will have given Gary O’Neil time on the training pitch for the boys who are still there to work on what is going to be a really tough game against Manchester city.
