Tottenham and Liverpool are competing for a £50–60 million Premier League star move.

According to reports, Liverpool is interested in signing Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze, an offensive midfielder who may be available for between £50 and £60 million.

It is surprising that despite his recent excellent play for the Eagles, the England international hasn’t earned a larger move yet. Liverpool, along with Tottenham and Newcastle, are reportedly interested in signing Eze, and if the money is right, it appears Palace would be willing to cash in.

This is according to Football Insider. Palace chairman Steve Parish previously told Sky Sports that he was genuinely shocked that no one came in for him in the summer, so £50–60 million sounds like a fairly good price for such a fantastic player.

Michael Olise was ultimately let go by Palace, but they managed to hang onto Eze, which is definitely fantastic news for them, even though it may not last for long.

Eberechi Eze transfer: If Eze decides to move in the near future, Liverpool and Spurs are interested in the Palace midfielder. Eze is undoubtedly too talented to stay at Selhurst Park for the rest of his career, and LFC seems like the perfect place for him to go.

While it is likely that Palace won’t be eager to lose Eze in the middle of the season, they may find it difficult to allow the transfer to happen if large clubs approach them with alluring offers.

Another excellent choice for Eze would be Tottenham, who are under Ange Postecoglou and seem to be a serious contender for the top four this year.

They are playing excellent football. “I was really worried from a club point of view of losing Michael and Ebbs in the same window and we didn’t have the interest that I thought we would have in Ebbs,” Parish said of Eze in an interview with Sky following the summer transfer window. “I was shocked. Honestly amazed. The guy is really an amazing football player and a fantastic person, really.
