Rangers have struck gold on Ibrox gem who’s worth millions more than Cerny
During the summer transfer window, Glasgow Rangers were supposed to restructure the playing roster by offloading a number of first-team players and bringing in top-tier replacements. While Philippe Clement was able to let go of top earners like Borna Barisic, Connor Goldson, Sam Lammers, and John Lundstram, the reality is that the new players haven’t exactly been spectacular overall.
The addition of Clinton Nsiala, Connor Barron, Oscar Cortes, and Hamza Igamane to the team indicates that Clement is undoubtedly pursuing a youth-based transfer strategy. The winger joined on a season-long loan deal from Bundesliga side Wolfsburg and has impressed so far.

Diomande may not have scored this season in the Premiership, but the dynamic midfielder has already grabbed an assist, created two big chances, averaged one key pass per game and succeeded with 1.3 dribbles per game – a success rate of 57% – which shows how effective he has been going forwards in the league this term.
The 22-year-old is still learning and developing with every passing game, but the consensus is he will be sold for a substantial profit in the coming years if he manages to keep up these levels of performance.
The teenage star is presently valued at €12 million (£10 million), and if he keeps doing well in Scotland, this value will only increase, according to the CIES Football Observatory. Although Diomande is still worth considerably more than the £6 million-rated Czech wide player, Cerny has shown his value at Rangers thus far, suggesting that the Belgian manager made a great acquisition in bringing the Ivorian midfielder to the team at the beginning of the season.
