The guys have gotten excellent minutes in three highly competitive games. Given the number of supporters who have interacted with and been near the Wolves team, it appears to have been a huge commercial success as well.
With just ten days until the season’s opening match, the Wolves coaching staff and supporters should be most concerned about how the team is playing; all indications point to a very promising outcome.
Although they lost to Crystal Palace, they have had two incredibly strong performances, as we discussed in last week’s piece on their victory over West Ham.
They were significantly superior in the first half, they just couldn’t find the back of the net, and later on, a few small mistakes turned into goals.
Gary O’Neil would have been really happy with that performance, even though they weren’t perfect.
