Pedro Neto of Wolves is a top target for Tottenham as they look to reinforce their offensive lineup this summer.
During the current transfer window, the agent of the Portuguese winger is actively seeking a transfer from Wolves in order to obtain a move to a team with higher aspirations.
Robbie Keane, a former striker for Tottenham, is very much in favor of signing the Wolves winger. Neto is under contract with Wolves until June 2027, but if a significant offer is made, he probably won’t stay.
Neto showed a lot of promise the previous season despite suffering hamstring problems that kept him out of action for four months in total.
His impact on the field was demonstrated by his three goals and eleven assists in 24 Premier League and FA Cup matches. Keane feels that Spurs would make a tactical move if they were to acquire Neto because of his skill and ability to alter games.
He added that adding Neto to the team would be a great addition and would surely thrill the supporters.
Eberechi Eze of Crystal Palace, who he feels is a fantastic fit for Tottenham’s approach. He believes that adding Eze and Neto would significantly improve Spurs’ offensive lineup and be in line with the team’s goals.
Keane, in an exclusive interview with The Boy Hotspur Substack, stated: Tottenham has also been linked to Eberechi Eze, a player I recommended they get four years ago, and Pedro Neto, who I would sign right away. He seems like a genuine Tottenham player to me.
They are both incredibly dynamic players, and if the fans were able to acquire both of them, I believe they would be overjoyed.
Neto’s addition would bolster the Lilywhites’ roster by giving the wings a more vibrant and inventive presence. Given his track record of success and room for improvement, Neto might be a key player in Spurs’ quest to win the next season.
