The new Kings player asserts that he has a longer-standing, but personal, friendship with KDot. In his most recent comments, he described how that happened, according to Sean Cunningham of FOX 40 Sports.

The new Kings player has since made an appearance on stage for Lamar’s “Pop Out” concert. He even appeared briefly in the music video for the aforementioned song.

However, the Bulls concluded that it would be better to allow DeRozan to return to his West Coast home. The Kings, then, seized the chance right away.
After Harrison Barnes was traded to the San Antonio Spurs, they acquired him in a sign-and-trade. His three-year contract is the one that they currently need to be concerned about. The estimated value of DeRozan’s contract is $74 million.
