Breaking: Former Philadelphia Eagles defender signs with Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers signed a defense from the Philadelphia Eagles and Houston Texans on Tuesday in advance of the June required organized team activities.

In preparation for training camp this summer, the Steelers are attempting to strengthen their defensive secondary. On Monday, they added to their wide receiver need.

The Steelers’ cap predicament prior to free agency resulted in the loss of multiple 2023 secondary players.

Patrick Peterson and Keanu Neal were fired in March. In exchange for wide receiver Diontae Johnson from the Carolina Panthers, they acquired cornerback Donte Jackson.
