Luis Guilherme, a Brazilian attacker, is being courted by West Ham United as a potential signing.

According to UOL, West Ham United is in early negotiations to recruit Palmerias’ Luis Guilherme, and an offer is being considered.

While in Brazil, Hammers representatives presented the Brazilian side with an offer of £25.5 million with further bonuses for the children.

Although discussions are “not yet closed,” talks are still going on, and West Ham is delighted that the 18-year-old seems interested in joining the Premier League.

This summer, the striker may move to Europe, much like Endrick did, and leave Palmerias.

West Ham move closer to Luis Guilherme signing

The Hammers have already had one deal for a Brazilian fall through ahead of the summer transfer window and will be hoping this one doesn’t go the same way.

Prior to personal issues impeding the signing, a deal for Fabricio Bruno appeared to be almost finalized.

Tim Steiten is now focusing on Guilherme, whom he intends to sign as quickly as possible to exclude any chance of a recurrence of the same circumstance.

The forward is incredibly adaptable and possesses other important qualities that might make him a good fit for English football, even at such a young age.

He is dangerous from a distance as a striker or winger because of his lightning-fast pace and desire to cut inside into his better left foot.

Given that he will cost the Hammers upwards of £25 million in summer transfer window, the fact that he has never played in Europe before could be a concern.
