After a much better season last year, Wolverhampton Wanderers will be keen to add players this summer.
Given the club’s improved financial standing, there is a greater sense of confidence at Molineux this summer than there was a year ago. Mauricio Pochettino stated that a striker had “amazing potential,” and Wolves have now set their sights on him, according to CBS writer Ben Jacobs.
The player in question is Armando Broja, a forward for Chelsea who is reportedly also being pursued by Everton and Crystal Palace, according to Jacobs.
Broja is apparently open to moving to the Saudi Pro League, and he is also being watched by AS Monaco and AC Milan.
Despite Chelsea’s January valuation of the Albanian international at £50 million, it appears that his pursuers are only willing to part with about £25 million.
Armando Broja might play better for the Wolves. Broja hasn’t exactly had a stellar 2023–24 campaign, to be honest. He didn’t score when he went on loan to Fulham after having trouble getting into the game at Chelsea.
He didn’t really get going again after missing nine months due to an ACL injury, and he didn’t return to the field until September. Broja has the skills to succeed and, given the correct coaching, could develop into a reliable striker in the Premier League.
Jacek Kulig of Football Talent Scout heaped praise on X in 2022, calling him a “clinical finisher,” “complete” forward, and “dangerous in the air.”
The Independent was informed in January by the former Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino, that “the potential is amazing.” This teenage striker has the most potential of any in England and Europe.
We will work to assist him in realizing that it is never enough, but for now, he needs to push himself.
“Of course, he needs time now that he was injured for almost a year.” He finds it difficult to give the kind of performance we demand.
“We have high hopes for him and firmly believe in him. He will be challenged by us to get better every day. “Smile,” I said to him. We always make jokes about how he should laugh, smile, and give himself more positive energy so that he may be a happier boy.
