The Dallas Cowboys’ OTAs officially begin on Wednesday. It will not end until the first fortnight of June. OTAs are the third phase of the off-season, consisting of four weeks of training without pads (save for knee pads, elbow pads, and helmets) and without physical contact.Teams can practice 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills without making contact.
