Dallas police are reportedly not going to arrest Dak Prescott for a sex assault that he allegedly committed.
According to a television report on Thursday, Dallas police have decided not to press charges in relation to a seven-year-old sexual assault allegation against Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.
Dallas TV station WFAA stated, citing anonymous sources, that the Dallas police claimed there was no proof to back up the woman’s allegation, and the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office indicated there was no case.

Both Prescott and the woman are parties to lawsuits. According to the quarterback, the lady demanded $100 million in blackmail to prevent her from disclosing her allegations.
In 2017, the lady accused Prescott of sexually abusing her as she was in a car in a strip club parking lot. She filed a civil action.
The claims have been refuted by Prescott’s lawyer, who claims that his client has never engaged in non-consensual sexual relations.
