Ashleigh Plumptre, the defender for Al Ittihad, has been replaced by Alani.

Fourteen players have arrived super falcons camp ahead of 2024 Olympic games qualifiers against South Africa.

According to information available on the Super Falcons official X handle, Captain Rasheedat Ajibade, goalkeper Tochukwu Oluehi and Jumoke Alani,
Jiwuaku Linda, Okeke Chidinma, Oladipo Shukurat, Nnadozie Chiamaka, Ohale Osinachi, Toni Payne, Kanu Uchenna, Monday Gift, Abiodun Deborah, Echegini Jennifer and Ucheibe Christy are among the early birds in camp at breakfast time.

Due to an injury, Plumptre withdrew from the two-leg competition.

There is still hope for more players to arrive in camp.

For the two games, head coach Randy Waldrum invited 22 players.

The Super Falcons will host Banyana Banyana at Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Friday. Five days later, the two teams will play again in Pretoria.

The victor will compete in the Olympic Games in Paris in July and August alongside Brazil, Japan, and Spain in Group C.
