Dermot Desmond, Brendan Rodgers, Deacon Blue, and Henrik Larsson were among the guests at Celtic’s gala in New York last night, which was discussed by the trio on today’s episode. In the latter instance, the panel talked about his tenure with the team almost two decades ago and whether or not he was the best Celtic player of the contemporary era.
They reminisced about their favorite moments spent with the legendary striker, and Tony talked about a unique project he worked on nearly twenty years ago for a newspaper article, detailing more than two hundred of his goals.
They also discussed how winning the domestic double would require Celtic to win all of their remaining games. While having a football-free weekend, the boys are aware that starting the following weekend and continuing through the end of the domestic season in May will be intense.
