Rangers’ title supporter Kenny Dalglish tells Celtic to become “in tune.”

As he backed Rangers to defeat his former team and win the championship, Kenny Dalglish stated that Celtic needed to get “in tune”.

The former player for the Houston Rockets and Liverpool has been greatly impressed with Philippe Clement’s performance at Ibrox in recent months; the Belgian’s lone loss came against Brendan Rodgers’ team. Though he does not rule out Celtic, he does make the Light Blues the favorites to win the Premiership.

In an interview with the No Tippy Tappy Football podcast, Dalglish stated: “Celtic are really good. They were eliminated from the League Cup after losing to Kilmarnock in a league match, and they also suffered a home defeat to Hearts, who Rangers had just thrashed 5-0. They truly must adjust to themselves.

Celtic is impossible to write off. But since taking over, Philippe Clement has done an outstanding job at Rangers, making a few quality additions, and they’re still in the European round of 16. The only match they have lost under Clement is against Celtic, but even that match was close.

Rangers are currently the clear favorites, but there are still two Old Firm games remaining that might be very important for any team—as important as the matchup already is! In Scotland, the teams who have always been successful are Celtic or Rangers.
