The SPFL Premiership has a number of problems at away venues, such as plastic fields and groundskeepers needing a few days off before playing Celtic, but Brendan Rodgers’ teamshouldn’t have any problems at home.
The home field’s bad appearance against Buckie Thistle and Ross County may have contributed to some players’ subpar performances and given them an opportunity to improve.Although Rodgers mentioned the pitch’s condition, which was less noticeable last night, Celtic gave a totally different kind of performance. Although I’ve mentioned the pitch a few times already, I must commend the staff for their tireless efforts over the past few weeks in getting it to a point where we can play at that speed. And the impact it has is evident. Thus, in my opinion, the entire evening—from the stands to the field—was fantastic for us.
