James Graham, a promising player for the Rangers, is scheduled to join Dumbarton on a loan.
For the second half of the season, the striker will be with the Scottish League Two team. The 19-year-old was called up by the Light Blues last month after spending time on loan at League One Annan Athletic. Graham has made a comeback and shown promise while playing for the Rangers B squad.
The forward, whose contract expires in the summer, transferred from Ross County to the Rangers in exchange for training benefits. The forward will be brought in by Sons manager Stevie Farrell to provide further firepower for his team’s play-off challenge. Graham is out of contract and the Ibrox team is eager for him to play more first team football. Jay Hogarth, Graham’s Ibrox teammate, is currently on loan at Dumbarton. Thus far, Farrell has brought in Gallagher Lennon from St Mirren, Cian Newbury from Hamilton, and Queen’s Park from Aaron Healy at the Rock by skillfully utilizing the loan system.
