Rangers’ confidence after winning runs is “feeding off.”

After Rangers’ crushing of Hearts 5-0 at home on Saturday solidified their chances of winning the Premiership, Connor Goldson feels that the team is “feeding off” the confidence that comes with winning runs.

Mohamed Diomande’s goal in less than a minute gave the Light Blues the lead, and they never really looked back.

After thirty-six minutes, wide player Oscar Cortes scored his first goal for the Gers, and just before and after the half, striker Cyriel Dessers added a third and a fourth.

Following their 3-1 victory over Motherwell on Sunday, Philippe Clement’s team has now won 10 straight games. The gloss was added by substitute Fabio Silva. With this victory, they are currently two points ahead of Celtic.

“Obviously it’s belief but I just think we’re feeding off confidence at the minute,” Rangers defender Goldson, 31, said on Rangers TV during his 300th appearance since joining the team from Brighton in 2018.

We thrive on perseverance, and since winning games breeds victory, things tend to go your way.

“The fans were with us for ninety minutes.” Since a few weeks ago, they appeared to be much more patient.

However, I believe that indicates that people can understand that, despite challenging circumstances, we are a team working hard. Together, we are working really hard.

All we have to do now is keep moving forward, work hard every day, take things game by game, and maintain our confidence.

“Maybe we ought to have relished it a little more, save for the final 20 minutes when we made it into a basketball game.

But other than that, the performance was outstanding. Dominant both with and without the ball. We gave them troubles when we pressed too hard.

“We were playing against a talented team, and we had to struggle as a unit at times in the first and second half. Jack (Butland) made a few huge stops, but we did our best to contain them, and we managed to get five goals and a clean sheet, so hopefully I’m having fun, I’m enthusiastic about the future, and I hope that this football team’s current success will continue.

The visitors had not lost in thirteen games, and Steven Naismith, the manager of Tyne castle, was hoping to right the ship against Hibernian on Wednesday in the Edinburgh derby

“We were off it and our passing wasn’t at the level it has been at,” he said to Hearts

It’s clear that we were having success, and we need to utilize this as motivation to keep going.

“We can look forward to the game on Wednesday and hopefully resume our winning ways.
